flexible plans, the convenience of refilling at any
Western Union
outlet and the backing of Cingular reliable network.
Prepaid plans from JusTalk are the most flexible of any
national wireless carrier that we have found. Their minutes never expire. They don't play tricks
that result in a $10 monthly fee. Just talk for 20 minutes per month to keep
your phone active. That means you can keep you service for as little as $2.60 per month.

Union where you can purchase airtime at any of their 45,000 outlets.
Also look for their cards at kiosks at airports and retail establishments.
Talk for 13 cents per minute on a $100 card. Their $10
card gets you 40 minutes of talk time. Long distance is included in these rates.

The Cingular network covers a significant portion of the
country. When roaming on a JusTalk plan, it is 4 times the normal rate.
The JusTalk plan also includes SMS text messaging.
Incoming text messages are free. Sending a message uses one minute.
Voice mail is included. Check your voice mail from any
phone, not just your cell phone. Get an indication on your phone when a new
voice mail is waiting.
Like all
prepaid plans, there are no credit checks and no contracts. You'll only pay
for the minutes you use and you'll never pay an overage fee.
